What is a custom illustration?
A custom illustration is a personalized artwork created just for you, based on your photo and details.
What kind of photo works best?
For the best results, please provide clear, high-resolution photos. If you’re submitting a building, a straight-on view with minimal obstructions works best. That said, I know that’s not always possible so I’m happy to work with additional reference images when available to bring your illustration to life.
Can you combine multiple photos in one illustration?
Yes! I can combine elements from multiple photos when needed.
Do you only illustrate homes?
I can also illustrate storefronts, buildings, and other meaningful places. Additionally, I can illustrate vehicles and animals.

How do I place a custom commission?
Simply fill out the commission form with your details and photo(s) to get started.
What happens after I submit my form?
I’ll review your submission, confirm pricing, and send a payment link within 1–3 business days.
How long does a commission take?
Most illustrations take 1–3 weeks, depending on detail and requests.
Will I get to review the illustration before it’s finished?
Yes, I will provide a preview for review and minor adjustments.

Pricing varies based on size, detail, and add-ons, final pricing is confirmed after submission.
When do I pay?
Payment is required upfront once details and pricing are confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all forms of credit cards, Visa debit, PayPal and Interac e-transfer.
Are there additional costs for extra details or requests?
Yes, more detailed or custom requests may include an additional fee.

You’ll receive a high-quality digital file via email.
Do you offer prints or just digital files?
Digital files are included as standard, with print options available upon request for an additional fee. Framing and in-person delivery can also be arranged for an added cost.
Can I print the artwork myself?
Yes! Your file will be high-resolution and ready for printing.

Can I request changes or revisions?
Yes, small revisions are included, additional changes may incur a fee.
Can you add people, pets, or cars?
Definitely! These can be added as custom elements for an additional fee.
Can you change colours or details from the original photo?
Absolutely, I can adjust colours and details to match your vision.
